It is a wireless touch screen with a built-in rechargeable battery that allows viewing for about three continuous hours without connecting to electricity*. The screen itself, measuring 27 inches, is ideal for viewing in an outdoor environment and it comes with a unique carrier that folds into a convenient suitcase for carrying.
- The touch screen makes it easy to operate the StanbyME GO. To open applications, stop the video and more, you only need to tap the screen, and when the screen is not within touching distance, an extremely convenient remote control allows you to stay in control and sit comfortably in your chair.
- StanbyME Go also offers proven resistance to field conditions: the screen has successfully completed 11 compliance tests to the US military's stringent MIL-STD-810G standard. The tests prove its ability to handle a wide range of environmental variables, including low air pressure, a wide temperature range, dust and salt, and provides protection against falls and vibrations.
- Along with its portability, the screen offers versatile adaptability that supports a variety of uses and personal preferences. Users can tilt the screen for the best viewing angle, rotate it 90 degrees from landscape to portrait and back again, adjust its height by up to 18 centimeters, or use it in a tablet configuration. With the screen set to Table mode, the StandbyME Go lies flat on the bottom of the case, allowing users to play digital board games such as chess and 'Hidden Catch', or turn on the player for a fun and nostalgic listening experience. The screen turns on automatically when its case is opened, and turns off when it is closed.
